SAVE THE DATE

Come together for a weekend filled with opportunities to gather joy, embrace friendships from Academy days, and enfold yourself in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mark your calendars and get excited!

Retreat fee will be $75.00 and will include housing, food, gifts, and supplies for the weekend. The purpose of this cost will cover all necessary items to prepare for the Retreat. No profit will be made. Any amount of money left over will be put in a fund to be used for a future retreat. We know this will be a sacrifice for those of you who live out of state, but we hope you will be able to join us for our weekend together.

We recognize the economy we live in, and want to make it possible for as many to attend as possible. If you are able, and would like to contribute additional funds of any amount to a scholarship fund, please let us know the amount you would like to donate. We will combine efforts and try to provide one scholarship each Reunion year. If you would like to come, but are in need of a scholarship this year, please feel comfortable letting us know. We are hoping to help as many come as have the desire.

· Blog address {if you have one}
· Recent picture of you or a picture of you with your family
· What you’ve been up to since AFG or {the last retreat}
· And {YES} or {NO} if you will be able to attend.

This information will provide us with what we need to update our counselor information packet to be sent to you via email around the retreat. Registration forms will be sent by email to all of those who have responded to this e-mail. Please print your registration form out and return by the necessary dates so we know we can plan on you. We are still in need of gathering information for those not on the AFG Master Address List {attached}. If there are others whom you keep in touch with who are not included on this list, please forward this along to them so we can reach as many counselors as possible. If you have other information or addresses of counselors please call or email us with the information as soon as possible.

We have attached a schedule of events to look forward to. Those attending will be asked to submit a recipe {or two) for an AFG cook book, bring a thought to share with the bunch, and prepare a Family Home Evening lesson {several copies of the same lesson} for each person coming. {More details will be given with the registration information in April.}

7:00-8:00 a.m. Exercise time
8:00-8:30 a.m. Get ready time
8:30-9:00 a.m. Morning scripture study {small groups}
9:00-10:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:00-12:00 noon Workshop classes
12:00-1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00-2:00 p.m. Workshop classes
2:00- 3:00 p.m. Solo time
3:00-4:00 p.m. Closing fireside and testimony meeting
4:00 p.m. Clean up and depart for home
